Job Description:
Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. has an immediate opening for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in our Lombard, Illinois office and will assist in the development and administration of a variety of digital marketing and communications projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and management of marketing initiatives and materials for the company and members of our sales staff
• Design and manage company websites and HTML landing pages
• Manage company blogs; working knowledge of WordPress template creation helpful
• Support the design and production of marketing materials, including internal and external emails, company e-newsletter and assist with writing copy and designing custom graphics, charts or design elements as needed
• Manage client relation databases and work with sales staff to implement marketing campaigns
• Train and support loan officers on our company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Independently plan and organize multiple projects effectively, meet deadlines and manage all assigned projects to completion
• Coordinate between marketing and sales to obtain elements required for projects
• Train, inform and support all staff on department systems, programs and materials
• Review department work and suggest improvements
• Perform general department administrative support and other duties as assigned or requested

Required Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Design, User Experience or other related field
• 2-4 years’ work experience in relevant field
• Web design and development skills including: hand-coding HTML5, CSS3, responsive cross-platform designs, website optimizations (Google Analytics and AdWords), and email marketing campaigns preferred; Sharepoint and JavaScript experience a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver (or Sublime Text), Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Diverse range of design styles and techniques exemplified by a solid portfolio
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, remotely and in person with a variety of departments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle many projects at once
