I met Matt during a presentation he held at DePaul regarding buying a home. I was impressed by his presentation and style. When I found myself looking to buy my first home a couple of months later, I called Matt. Matt always walked me through all the details of the process and gave me the worst case scenario numbers. Now, the worst case scenario numbers may look scary, but as Matt mentioned, he wants you to be fully prepared. As a result, I didn't have any financial surprises as the closing day approached. One of the things that impressed me most about Matt was that he actually showed up to the closing and was able to answer questions and help move the process along. Everyone at the table during closing--my attorney, the seller's attorney, my realtor and even the title representative--were impressed. I will definitely use Matt again!
