Since 2003, Eric Martin has been a trusted source of home financing solutions and expertise for homebuyers, homeowners and real estate professionals across Chicagoland. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Eric enjoys explaining the ever-changing mortgage process to his clients in an easy-to-understand manner that ensures they are informed and confident with every decision and step along the way.

Over the course of his career, Eric has helped hundreds of clients obtain a total of more than $350 million in home financing. He works with clients across Chicago and throughout the surrounding area, ranging from condo and townhome purchasers in the city to families making the transition from downtown to the suburbs. Many of his borrowers are referred to him by satisfied past clients and his extensive network of real estate professionals.

Eric brings his best effort and highest level of service to every transaction. A patient listener and a strong communicator, he takes the time to listen to his clients’ needs and goals and answer their questions and concerns so he can find the mortgage solutions that are right for them. He believes that a smooth mortgage process means keeping every party in the transaction involved and informed from start to finish.

Before joining Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp., Eric worked for a large Illinois lender where he rose to become a top producer and a member of their President’s Club. He is a native of Chicago, obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and currently resides in La Grange Park with his wife and two young children.
